How do I request a return or dispute a charge?

If you believe that transactions have been made on your card at Casino.click without your knowledge, please contact us immediately. 


Upon doing so please provide the following details:


  • Transaction ID number

  • Transaction date

  • Transaction amount


Keep in mind that we are not liable for any transactions initiated by you and cannot make refunds of such transactions. You will still need to contact your financial institution to discuss the charges.
